    TASTING NOTE

    Piercing flavors of cassis and blueberry are edged by granite, sweet spice and smoke in this full-bodied Syrah. Matured 14 months in a combination of tank and used Burgundian barrels, it's weighty and substantial on the palate yet vibrantly balanced and mineral too. The finish lingers on fine-grained, delicately gripping tannins.

    Crozes-Hermitage is an appellation of the northern Rhône valley in France. This wines are red, and made predominantly from Syrah.

    -Producer Delas Frères is an estate based in the northern Rhône Valley, particularly known focusing only on Syrah-based wines.

    - The Delas family have been involved in the production of wine in the Rhône Valley since 1835.

    -Decant this wine at least for an hour before consuming.

    -This wine is certified sustainable and 100% Hand picked.

    This wine is smooth and lively, with juicy raspberry, notes of espresso and softly fine tannins.

    AREA

    Suisun Valley is an American Viticultural Area in Solano County, California, 40 miles (65km) north-east of the city of San Francisco. The AVA was one of the first in the state to be recognised in 1982 due to the distinctive quality of its red wines, mostly made from the Cabernet Sauvignon, Zinfandel and Petite Sirah grape varieties.

    -Featured in Top 25 Californian Red Blend wines in Canada right now

    -This is the highest-priced wine made from Rare Red Blend in Suisun Valley. The price has been stable over the past year.

    -Caymus Vineyards is a well-regarded and relatively historic wine producer.

    -It all started in the 1970s when 19-year-old Chuck Wagner agreed to help his parents establish a winery on their ranch. Today he is one of the most influential, legendary wine maker in California.

    -‘The Walking Fool’ Red Blend, produced by Jenny Wagner. It is named after Jenny’s great-great grandfather, Johannes Glos, who came to Napa Valley in the 1880s and often traveled by foot, thus earning his affectionate nickname.

    - Today still family owned and operated, with various wines made by Chuck's sons Joe and Charlie, and his daughter, Jenny.

    -This wine has received good scores from various critics.

    TASTING NOTE

    Charming with vibrant aromas of red fruits and subtle spicy notes, complemented by vanilla bean and rich caramel from the oak barrique aging. The palate is perfectly balanced; fine and elegant with soft tannins and a long finish. This well-structured Pinot has ample potential to mature.

    Pfalz is a key wine producing region in western Germany, located between the Rhein river and the low-lying Haardt mountain range. In terms of both quality and quantity, Pfalz is one of Germany's most important regions, and one which shows great promise for the future.

    -Come from an amazing wine maker: Andreas Bender first learnt about soil, viticulture and terroir from his father, a vine propagator, and made his own wine when he was just thirteen years old.

    TASTING NOTE

    This wine opens with hints of green melon, lime peel and straw. The palate is round and mouth filling upfront, though it picks up through the close thanks to soft spice and dried herb characteristics as well as touches of citrus peel, melon rind and dried grass.

    Côtes du Roussillon is an Appellation Contrôlée for the red, white and rosé wines of the Roussillon wine region in the south of France. Producing outstanding wines from grenache grape.

    80% Grenache blanc and 20% Roussanne

    -This wine is ranked third for number of awards won among wines from this region: The Concours General Agricole Paris awarded this wine with gold medal.

    -Domaine Lafage is a leading estate in the Roussillon region in France. Winemaker Jean-Marc Lafage is one of Europe’s most highly regarded winemakers and has worked as a consultant in multiple countries

    -Made from centenary vines ,100 years old. These vines are produce less yields but much better quality and more complex wines.

    -Drinking window 2021-2027.
